We have a broad range of filters across our metrics including fields related to tickets, commits, PRs, workflows, deployments and more. However, the concept of filtering your data is consistent across the entire platform.

We support two types of operation with our filtering :

Include - Selected filter options will be returned in the data displayed.

Exclude - Selected filter options will not be returned in the data displayed

Here are some things to remember:

  • The values within each filter are based on the data available in the metric and other filter options. For example, if you have filtered "Priority = P1" (hitting save) then you might only see "Bug" as an available Issue Type

  • If any values are blank in the source data then we will tag them as "Unknown"
